The core working principle of fine mist sprayers is to squeeze liquid out of the nozzle by high pressure or pump pressure. Inside the nozzle, the liquid flows at high speed due to the sudden release of pressure and the narrow channel, breaking it into extremely small droplets. Usually, the diameter of these droplets is between 10-100 microns. The degree of dispersion of the liquid determines its suspension ability in the air and the coverage of the surface.
Compared with traditional spraying methods, fine mist sprayers can produce finer droplets, which stay in the air longer, increase the chance of liquid contacting the surface, and ensure uniform distribution. This uniform coverage effect is particularly suitable for scenes that require thin layer distribution, such as makeup setting spray for cosmetics, perfume spraying, or covering large areas during cleaning and disinfection.
Advantages of efficient coverage
Greater surface coverage: The droplet particles of fine mist sprayers are extremely small, which means that it can cover a larger surface area. In many application scenarios, such as during disinfection, the sprayed liquid can enter corners, gaps or surface bumps that are difficult to reach with conventional cleaning, ensuring a comprehensive cleaning effect. This feature is particularly important in the disinfection of public places, such as hospitals, airports and shopping malls, where there is a high flow of people. It can quickly cover a large area and effectively improve the disinfection efficiency.
Reduce liquid waste: Another major advantage of efficient coverage is that it can significantly reduce liquid waste. Traditional spraying methods easily cause liquid to accumulate in a certain area, causing unnecessary waste. Fine mist sprayers evenly distribute liquid to ensure that even a small amount of liquid can fully cover the target area, thereby improving the efficiency of use, especially in the fields of perfume, cosmetics or drug sprays with higher costs.
