1. Quantitative dispensers can be divided into two types: plunger type and screw type. In terms of function, it can be divided into spray, foundation cream, lotion pump, aerosol valve, and vacuum bottle.
2. The size of the quantitative dispenser is determined by the diameter of the matching bottle. The standard of spray is 12.5~24mm, and the water output is 0.1~0.2ml/time. Generally used in the packaging of perfumes, gel water and other commodities. The length of the same caliber can be determined according to the height of the bottle.
3. The standard size of the emulsion quantitative dispenser is 16~38ml, and the water output is 0.28~3.1ml/time. Typically used in creams and washing products.
4. Special quantitative dispenser, such as plastic foam pump head and manual button nozzle. The foam pump head is a non-inflatable hand-pressure pump head, which does not require inflation to generate foam, and can generate a quantitative high-quality foam with just a light pressure. Usually comes with a special bottle. Manual button nozzles are often used for cleaners and other goods.
5. The composition of the quantitative dispenser is relatively messy, generally including: dust cover, chuck, chuck rod, gasket, piston, tension spring, valve, bottle cap, pump body, straw, valve ball (including steel ball and glass ball). Can be tinted, plated, and set anodized rings. Because a set of pump heads involves many molds and the order quantity is large, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 ~ 20,000, and the delivery time is 15 ~ 20 days after the sample acceptance. White and general purpose versions are often in stock.
6. The thermos bottle is generally cylindrical, the standard is 15 ~ 50ml, and a single bottle is 100ml. The overall capacity is small, relying on the principle of atmospheric pressure, which can prevent cosmetics from forming pollution during use. There are anodized aluminum, plastic electroplating, colored plastic, and the quotation is more expensive than other common containers, so the demand for general quantities is not high.
7. The quantitative dispenser customers rarely open their own molds, requiring more molds and higher costs.
