Handheld sprayer manufacturers' products are popular with consumers because of their ease of use and portability. Generally speaking, we use it to water the flowers, or to moisten some items, so that it can be well absorbed by the water, and it will not appear half wet and half dry.
There is an inlet valve in the suction seat at the bottom of the hand held sprayer. There is a water outlet valve on the outer wall of the tube inside the gas chamber. There are copper balls in both valves. During the work, due to the change of pressure, the steel ball is jumped up and down to open and close the valve to control the flow of the liquid. When the plug rod rises, the space inside the leg tube suddenly increases, thus forming a partial vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the liquid medicine punches the copper ball in the inlet valve and enters the tube. When the plug stem is pressed, the copper ball in the inlet valve closes the inlet hole. The liquid that has entered the tube of the tube can only flow out from the upper part of the tube of the tube through the hole of the outlet valve, push the copper ball out of the water valve, and enter the air chamber. The pressurized liquid is passed through a water outlet joint through a conduit (a hose, a spray bar, etc.) into a high-speed swirling flow in the vortex chamber of the nozzle to generate an eddy current. Due to the centrifugal action of the vortex and the difference between the pressure inside and outside the orifice, the liquid solution forms a mist after passing through the orifice.
In the course of use, we should pay attention to the fact that in general, his materials are not resistant to corrosion, so do not use it to install chemicals such as strong acid and alkali, in a way that is damaged. And don't put it in the sun, it is easy to age and shorten the service life.
