The principle of this method of water discharge is very simple, the key is that the material of the bottle needs to be an extrudable material.
When we are not using shampoo, the shampoo bottle is placed upright. The gas above the shampoo is the same as the air.
When we were going to use shampoo, we dumped the bottle. Because of the thickness of the shampoo, the shampoo slowly flows to the mouth of the bottle, the shampoo is at the mouth of the bottle, and the air is at the bottom of the bottle. When the water outlet of the shampoo bottle is small, the surface tension of the shampoo can be balanced with the gravity of the shampoo to be dropped, making it difficult for the shampoo to fall by gravity alone.
At this time, we need to squeeze the bottle body, which is the container volume becomes smaller. Since the shampoo is an incompressible fluid, after the extrusion, the volume occupied by the air becomes smaller, the pressure becomes larger, and the pressure is greater than atmospheric pressure, and the viscous shampoo is squeezed out of the bottle mouth.
Pressed effluent
The physical structure of the pressing head of the pressing type shampoo is similar to that of the pressed type perfume. The difference is that the entire structure of the shampoo pressing head is much larger than that of the perfume bottle, especially the outlet, and the outlet of the perfume bottle is as sharp as the tip. The needle, while the outlet of the shampoo is usually about a millimeter of orifice.
The principle of the water output of the push-type shampoo is the same as that of the perfume. The pressure of the hollow working chamber of the pressing head base is mechanically changed to achieve the effect of aspirating and discharging.
Unlike perfumes, when shampoo comes out of the orifice, it does not flow in the form of a mist, but slowly in the form of a viscous liquid.
